Denys is a Data Scientist and an IT Expert at Dalberg Data Insights where he is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems for various projects worldwide, including Uganda, Ivory Coast, Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Trinidad and Tobago and South Africa. Prior to Dalberg, Denys has worked in IT and Consulting spheres for companies in China, Germany, Ukraine, and Belgium and has extensive experience in designing and implementing Data Structures and Software Architectures for his own- and third-party business solutions.

He has a strong background in software engineering, computational statistics and econometrics, more specifically in frequentists methods, feature selection algorithms, and forecasting in data-rich environments. Denys holds three master’s degrees in Applied Quantitative Economics, Management, and International Business from Universities in Germany, China, and Ukraine.
