Daphnée is an Associate Partner at Dalberg and and heads up our presence in Paris. She leads teams advising on strategic planning, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and investment notably in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus in Africa.
She brings more than 13 years of experience in consulting and engineering projects, including managing large-scale international cooperation projects in the fields of infrastructure, economic and institutional development, and developing methodologies integrating social, economic and environmental impact assessment and mitigation into the management of large-scale infrastructure design and construction management services.
Prior to Dalberg, Daphnée worked with Louis Berger, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa and Maghreb, where she mostly worked on transport planning and infrastructure development as well as support to public policy reforms through technical assistance and capacity building of public sector organizations, private sector and civil society actors. Daphnée holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from the École Centrale of Paris, and a Master’s degree in International Business and Economics from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris.
