Astrid is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Data Insights where she leads large projects by managing a complex ecosystem of stakeholders including donors, data scientists, end users, data providers and the public sector. She works closely with major actors in development assistance and innovation.

Prior to joining DDI, Astrid worked in the software sector. She started her career as a Channel Account Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, following which she was sent to San Francisco where she built and managed the indirect sales & partnership department for Odoo Americas. Experienced in leadership and with a double master’s degree in change management – crisis communication and business, Astrid has implemented efficient operations and communication processes throughout her career.

Besides her professional activities, Astrid is involved in associations pleading for gender equality and used to perform as an amateur actress. She has also a deep interest in food consumption regulation and adventurous travels. Astrid graduated from Vlerick Business School (Ghent) and IHECS (Brussels).
